Prescription drug prices seem to continue to rise making it difficult for people to afford their medication. Robin Feldman JD exposes the secret deals and byzantine methods that support high drug prices. She not only unravels the myriad threads that make up America’s drug-pricing system, but also suggests ways to help control the problem. Feldman is the Arthur J. Goldberg Distinguished Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Innovation at UC Hastings College of the Law SF. She’s published four books, over 50 articles, and has been cited by the White House and members of Congress. Her recent piece on the rising costs of prescription drugs in the United States has appeared in the Washington Post.
