Relationships between mothers and daughters have been forever complicated. In this unique, one-of-a-kind parenting book, Sandra Butler along with co-author Nan Fink Gefen PhD explore the specific challenges and unexpected rewards of mothering midlife daughters and how the role changes with the aging of both parent and child. Butler, author of Cancer in Two Voices, is co-producer of two award-winning documentaries and co-founder of Bay Area Women in Black, a transnational network of feminist activists.
