Struggling with writer's block this spring? Award-winning author April Dávila offers a practical, mindful approach to getting unstuck. Drawing on Insight Meditation, personal experience, and her expertise as both a writer and mindfulness teacher, she shows how mindfulness can help overcome common creative obstacles like writer's block, self-doubt, and distraction through practical exercises grounded in neuroscience. She is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor through the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. Her debut novel, 142 Ostriches, was published by Kensington Books in 2020 and won the 2021 WILLA Award for Women Writing the West.
